The Center for Municipal Excellence was formed  in Edmond, Oklahoma, to meet the specific training needs of municipal workers in towns and cities across the state. Training focuses on systematic work practices and refining skill sets relevant to municipal operations with an emphasis on safety and is offered in partnership with local Technology Centers.
